Privacy policy

The short version

Your resume, job history, applications and interview recordings stay on your own computer. We do not store them, sell them or use them to train AI models.

What we hold on our servers

Your account

An account id and, if you sign in, your email address.

Usage counts

How many tailored resumes and live interviews your account has used, so plan limits work.

Purchases

Which pass or interview pack you bought and when. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Services that process data for us

Anthropic

Writes tailored text. Only the text needed for that request is sent, and it is not used to train models.

Tavus

Runs live practice interviews. Video and audio stream between you and Tavus; we receive only the transcript to score it, and it is stored on your computer.

Stripe

Takes payments and emails receipts.

Resend

Emails your sign-in codes.

Google

If you choose "Continue with Google", tells us your email address. We ask for nothing else.

Cloudflare

Hosts our server, this website and the job feed.

The browser extension

The extension reads the job page you are looking at to show sponsorship facts. Company names are looked up inside your browser and are not sent to us.

This website

This website has no analytics and sets no cookies. It makes three kinds of request from your browser: to our job feed for the live role count and the public sponsor index (the "Check an employer" box downloads a slice of that index and does the lookup inside your browser, so the name you type is not sent anywhere), and to GitHub for release details and repository stats. Our Cloudflare hosting keeps ordinary server logs.

Your choices

You can use SponsorJobs without signing in. To delete your account, email us and we will remove your email address and usage records within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your computer.

SponsorJobs is not intended for anyone under 16.
