Terms of service

Last updated: 18 October 2026. These terms are between you and BlackOrigin, Inc. ("we"). Contact: kofig@blackorigin.org.

What SponsorJobs is

A tool that helps you find jobs, tailor your resume and practise interviews. Sponsorship marks come from public government records about employers. They are not a promise that a role sponsors visas or that you will be hired. Live interviews are practice simulations, not real interviews. Nothing in the app or on this website is immigration or legal advice.

Your content

Your resume and answers are yours. You are responsible for what you submit to employers, and for making sure it is true. Where the app fills or sends an application for you, it does so from material you reviewed, and you remain the applicant.

Passes and payments

Passes are one payment for a fixed period and do not renew. Extra interview packs never expire. Prices are shown before you pay, and payment is taken by Stripe. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we will put it right or refund you.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to break its limits, resell access, or use it to apply to jobs in ways a job site does not allow. The app will not automate a LinkedIn account or get around a site's bot protection, and neither may you through it.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee job outcomes or that every record is current. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

The open-source licence

The SponsorJobs source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. These terms cover your use of our hosted account, payment and AI services; they do not restrict the rights the licence gives you over the code.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app.
